+ What does a Free Initial Consultation Involve?
Usually a face to face meeting, either at our office or at a mutually agreed venue. The meeting usually lasts for 30-60 minutes but can go on longer if necessary
+ Will I be charged for this meeting?
No, the initial consultation is completely free and without obligation on your part! You can arrange it with complete confidence!
+ What if you identify tax savings for me?
We will tell you what we have identified so you can see the potential benefits.
Some work may be required to fully quantify the position and to clarify any technical issues. If this is required, we can quote and agree any fees before any work commences so you will have 100% certainty of the potential costs and benefits of the work.
In most cases the full benefit will be completely clear from the initial meeting
+ Does the meeting have to be in person? What if I live far away or am unable to travel to you?
We are happy to go to you if the distances are modest. Alternatively meetings can be conducted by telephone, Email ,Skype or by other appropriate means.
We prefer face to face meetings if possible as all options can be fully and frankly discussed without worry about the security of electronic communication, but in each case the meeting can be arranged by agreement
+ What if you find no tax savings?
If due to your particular circumstances we cannot identify any tax savings, we will confirm this and there is no charge for the review. We do find in most cases where clients contact us we can usually help, but it is not true in ALL cases.
+ Can I write and ask you to review a situation for me?
Yes, we are happy to look at a brief sent to us by post or email. Depending on the circumstances of each case, we will then contact you for clarification and to discuss the scope of any potential tax savings with you. At that point we should be able to appraise you of the potential costs and benefits of any tax planning strategy.
